I Missed My Kokoshuttle! What do I do?
Any customer who misses their bus is entitled to any available seat on the next scheduled bus.  However, we cannot guarantee that there will be available seats on the bus.

I purchased a ticket with another transportation service, but their bus hasn't shown up.  Can I ride on the Kokoshuttle?
Any open seats on a Kokoshuttle are available for purchase.

Where does my bus leave from?
Gambier to Port Columbus:  Outside of the Gambier Post Office in the village of Gambier.  Our buses do not enter Kenyon College.
Port Columbus to Gambier:  Outside of baggage claim, there will be a section filled with buses and shuttles.  Meet us there!

How long does it take to get from Gambier to Port Columbus on your bus?
In average weather and traffic conditions, it takes approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.  We highly recommend planning to arrive at the airport at least two hours before your scheduled departure time.

Can I pay for pickets by cash or check?

I decided to get a ride with a friend after I bought my ticket. Can I get a refund?
If you e-mail us at buses@dormsidedepot.com four days prior to the scheduled departure of your bus, you may cancel your ticket and receive credit towards a future bus ride of equal value.  No credit will be given for missed buses or cancellations less than four days prior to the departure date of the purchased ticket.

How early do I need to be at the airport?
We strongly suggest arriving at your airport at least two hours prior to your scheduled departure. The Dormside Depot is not responsible for any costs due to missed flights or other connecting transportation. This includes, but is not limited to, cab fare, hotel rooms, meals, plane tickets, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.

Does the Kokoshuttle leave on time?
You should always plan on the Kokoshuttle leaving on time.  Please arrive a little early to catch your bus.  En route to Gambier from Port Columbus, the Kokoshuttle may stick around the airport for a few extra minutes if we are missing a few passengers.
